シカゴ郊外で過ごしたトリシアの青春時代は、読書とスポーツに明け暮れました。野球の男子リーグでは唯一の女子でしたが、体操、チアリーディング、そして映画『グリース』の主役にも参加していました。
トリシアはプレップスクールに通っていたため、大学進学は比較的容易でした。楽すぎると、トリシアは次のステップに進みます。19歳の時、彼女は聞いたこともないヘッドハンターという仕事の面接を受けました。面接の翌日、彼女はエージェントのオーナーに電話をかけ、決心を告げました。彼は、あるいは他の誰かのために、リクルーターになるつもりでした。彼女はすぐに採用され、カクテルを飲める年齢になる前に、会社でトップのプロデューサーになりました。
